OVER 1300 SQUARE METERS OF CONFERENCE SPACES allow us to host any type of event, from simple seminars to international conferences.
Our SEVEN CONFERENCE ROOMS MAY ACCOMMODATE 10 TO 320 PARTICIPANTS. In addition, there are two foyers, two terraces, a large courtyard and a café&restaurant.
The seminar rooms 1, 2 and 3 are perfectly suited for seminars and interactive workshops.
The room partitions can be moved and the spaces can be adapted to host both small and large groups. Each room can be used separately with different chair layouts in order to fit different teaching methods. By covering the large transparent side walls it is also possible to easily darken the rooms.
Projector and laptop, flipchart, pinboard and whiteboard are standard equipment included in the room rate.

The foyer 123 is on the ground floor, close to the seminar rooms 1-2-3 and to the conference hall. From this 120 sqm foyer participants can access the garden and terrace, which can both be used as catering spaces during the warm season.

The pleasant and bright seminar rooms 7 and 8 are the best choice for small seminars and interactive workshops with up to 30 participants.
The layout of chairs and tables can be decided separately for each room in order to fit different teaching methods. Projector and laptop, flipchart, pinboard and whiteboard are standard equipment included in the room rate. The large glass wall gives direct access to the inner garden. It is also possible to cover the transparent side walls to darken the rooms.

The conference hall is a fully equipped, state-of-the-art room for events with up to 100 participants.
The wooden floor and dark leather chairs of this elegant space, together with the extremely flexible layout of chairs, confer this room the perfect atmosphere for your conferences and meetings as well as for large workshops, seminars or press conferences. The complete range of technical equipment available is state-of-the-art: two video projectors, four fixed interpreting booths and a full set of different microphones. In addition, our team of experts will be there to assist you with any technical issues.

The auditorium may host up to 320 participants and is the very heart of EURAC convention center. The custard yellow leather seats with fold-down writing tablet make the room particularly comfortable. The sloped floor gives all participants a perfect view over the large stage.
With four fixed booths for simultaneous interpreting, a high-resolution projector, a carefully devised sound system and flexible lighting the auditorium becomes the perfect location for your conferences, lectures, general meetings, celebrations and concerts.?

This large foyer is located on the first floor in front of the main entrance to the auditorium, EURAC’s largest conference room. The foyer has a size of approximately 190 sqm. Its glass walls offer a spectacular view of the surrounding mountains and nearby river Talvera.
