The Civic Hall is the second-largest hall in the Thalguter House, after the Raiffeisen Hall. It is the ideal venue for weddings, conferences, general assemblies, shows, movie nights, corporate events, birthday celebrations, gala dinners, and other events for 100 to 140 guests.

The hall features an elegant wooden coffered ceiling and a walnut wood floor, creating a refined and welcoming atmosphere. Large south-facing windows provide plenty of natural light throughout the room.

With a floor area of 157 m², the hall can comfortably accommodate up to 140 guests in theatre-style seating and up to 100 guests in banquet-style seating.

For larger events, the partition wall between the Civic Hall and the Raiffeisen Hall can be removed, creating a combined space with capacity for up to 626 guests in theatre-style seating and approximately 400 guests in banquet-style seating.

The kitchen is conveniently located nearby, and the 175 m² foyer can be used for buffets and coffee breaks. The foyer also includes a fully equipped bar.

The Raiffeisen Hall is the centerpiece of the Thalguter House. With a floor area of 455 m², it can accommodate up to 486 guests in theatre-style seating or 300 guests in banquet-style seating. It is the ideal venue for balls, wedding receptions, congresses, conferences, theatre performances, lectures, exhibitions, and other large-scale events.

A striking wooden dome gives the hall an elegant and distinguished character. For very large events, the partition wall between the Raiffeisen Hall and the Civic Hall can be removed, creating a combined venue with capacity for up to 626 guests in theatre-style seating or approximately 400 guests in banquet-style seating.

The main kitchen is conveniently located nearby, and the 175 m² foyer can be used for buffets and breaks. The foyer also features a fully equipped bar.

The Raiffeisen Hall stage measures 160 m² and can be extended using mobile stage platforms. Eleven movable vertical acoustic panels (180 × 380 cm) ensure excellent sound distribution throughout the audience area. Beneath the stage are dressing rooms for performers, as well as restroom facilities.
