Some 1,800 km of fantastic cross-country trails, many of which are part of the Dolomiti Nordicski association, Europe's largest cross-country carousel, will get every cross-country skier’s heart beating faster. Snowshoe hiking is the perfect way to enjoy the unspoiled world of nature and the pleasures of physical exercise. The perfectly maintained sledging trails make the descent a very special experience. One tip we have for you is sledging by moonlight on floodlit trails. The frozen natural lakes such as the Reschensee lake in Vinschgau valley or the Völser Weiher pond are ideal for ice-skating, as are specially prepared sites and artificial ice rinks such as the Renon Arena.
